Luke Richey

Richey began coding software at 14, including work for NASA and NASDAQ he has created many successful startups. He sold his last company to a gaming company in 2009 and founded Gravity Jack, Inc. that November with the vision of mobile based Augmented Reality, he quickly established the company as a leader in the space, with a strong patent portfolio, dedicated research team and a top-tier client roster. He and his wife Jennifer co-founded Haiven, an AI-powered gaming and chat platform designed to protect the largest unreached people group and empower the next generation online. Richey’s life has been dedicated to businesses that bring society and technology into the future. His broad understanding of technology, teamed with his passion for both integrity and optimization within the business domain.

Richey attended Eastern Washington University, where he studied Mathematics, Business and Computer science. He resides in Liberty Lake, Washington where he is husband to his wife, Jennifer, and father to his four children. Some of his hobbies include skydiving, snowboarding, wakeboarding, mma and racing motorcycles.

Jennifer Richey

Jennifer Richey is Co-Founder and COO of Haiven, the AI-first gaming and social platform she launched in 2025 with Luke Richey. A technology futurist and operator, she co-founded Gravity Jack in 2009 after five years as CFO of Tometa Software (acquired in 2007) and later served as CFO of PlayXpert. At Gravity Jack she has led developers, scientists, and marketers building patented computer vision, AI, and AR products for global brands and agencies, including the Department of Defense, Meta, Pokémon Go, and Barbie. She brings that same operational and strategic discipline to Haiven: building the company, the team, and the systems that make an indie-friendly chat, social, and publishing platform actually work at scale. Driven by her life as a wife, mom of four, and grandma to three, she is building Haiven as a place where the next generation can play, create, and belong. A follower of Christ, she is passionate about digital discipleship and sees the gaming world as one of the most important mission fields of our time. Outside of work she travels, skydives, and rides a sport bike.

Eric Célérier

Eric Célérier is a French pastor, entrepreneur, and pioneer in digital ministry with nearly 30 years of experience using technology to help people discover Jesus and engage with the Bible.

He is the founder of Jesus.net, a global network that has reached more than one billion people worldwide, as well as TopChrétien and A Miracle Every Day.

Today, Eric is the founder of HelloBible, an AI-powered platform created to make the Bible understandable, personal, and relevant to everyday life. His vision is to bring biblical truth into the age of artificial intelligence and help millions of people engage with Scripture in a deeply personal way.

Christophe Dessaigne

Christophe Dessaigne is an entrepreneur and strategic advisor with a background spanning entrepreneurship, private equity, technology, and social impact.

He currently serves as a strategic advisor to HelloBible, working alongside its founder, Eric Célérier, to help structure and scale the business internationally. His role includes supporting the company’s strategic, legal, and financial structuring, international expansion, and fundraising efforts.

Prior to HelloBible, Christophe spent nearly a decade working within a faith-based family office and private equity environment, serving on the boards of numerous organizations and providing strategic oversight across a range of sectors, including technology, media, retail, healthcare, and social impact.

Jan-Willem Bosman

My name is Jan-Willem Bosman. I’m 59, married to Marjon, and together we have four sons, three daughters-in-law and five grandchildren. In daily life I lead Jesus.net, an international digital ministry. We reach out to people who search online for the essential questions of life, and we help them meet Jesus. We work with more than 150 partner organizations and churches in over 40 languages. In 2026, 250 million people engaged with our content, and we stayed connected with 350.000 people on their faith journey. Recently we launched HelloBible, an AI Bible app now available in Dutch, English and German. It’s incredible to see what God is doing around the world.

My mission is to bring people to God and the local church by using modern technology such as the internet, mobile phones and now AI. I strongly believe we need to reach young generations by games, sports and art.

I studied Electronics at Delft University of Technology and spent ten years in IT management in the nineties, working on traffic telecom control, bandwidth innovation and early internet applications. After that I worked for ten years at the Evangelical Broadcaster (EO) in the Netherlands. There I led the Youth and Children department, set up the New Media strategy and department (40 people) and organized events with 1,000 to 52,000 people. We live in Rotterdam. I’m also one of the pastors of Mozaiek010, a church plant that started five years ago to reach people who don’t know Jesus yet. Today almost a thousand people gather there every Sunday.

Jon Smith

Known for his distinctive directing style, Smith has a unique ability to draw authentic, emotionally powerful performances from actors that resonate with audiences. Guided by faith, perseverance, and the conviction that God places the right people in the right rooms at the right time, Smith’s mission is to tell David’s story with honesty, humanity, and truth.

Justin Hays

Justin Hays is the Chief Executive Officer of Landcent Europe, bringing over a decade of international commercial leadership experience in the pharmaceuticals and diagnostics sectors. He has held senior commercial roles at Horizon Therapeutics, where he played a key role in building and scaling the business and contributed to a successful tenfold exit. Justin previously served as Vice President of Commercial at Landcent and brings a strong track record of driving growth, strategic execution, and value creation.
