Jennifer Richey is Co-Founder and COO of Haiven, the AI-first gaming and social platform she launched in 2025 with Luke Richey. A technology futurist and operator, she co-founded Gravity Jack in 2009 after five years as CFO of Tometa Software (acquired in 2007) and later served as CFO of PlayXpert. At Gravity Jack she has led developers, scientists, and marketers building patented computer vision, AI, and AR products for global brands and agencies, including the Department of Defense, Meta, Pokémon Go, and Barbie.
She brings that same operational and strategic discipline to Haiven: building the company, the team, and the systems that make an indie-friendly chat, social, and publishing platform actually work at scale. Driven by her life as a wife, mom of four, and grandma to three, she is building Haiven as a place where the next generation can play, create, and belong. A follower of Christ, she is passionate about digital discipleship and sees the gaming world as one of the most important mission fields of our time. Outside of work she travels, skydives, and rides a sport bike.
